We purchased this coffee maker and fell in love with it on our first use!!! We are coffee lovers and truly appreciate the ease of use,, the small footprint and the wonderful coffees it blends - from espresso to regular coffee. Unfortunately, we experienced a defect with the K-pod attachment, and right away called customer service for assistance. Their assistance was IMMEDIATE AND SUPER EXCELLENT. We furnished the details of the problem, and provided a video of same, and within 2 days, we received our replacement part! CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE!!! We highly endorse this product!!!!
