Don’t know why this had a couple negative reviews I found it great. My espresso has been easy to make, hot and yummy. I’ve had smaller tankless machines before and found this one much better. I paid under $100 so if it last a few years. Now as I learn and use it more I may get a better one but right now I’m happy with it. Much more than my little tankless Mr Coffee brand espresso machine. Only thing that has happened was after steaming if I wanted to brew another cup or steamed first it would just beep. I tried unplugging it after powering it down. Finally I realized I had to turn the steam valve open when it was in standby mode to release the pressure. No problem after that. I do wish the instructions were more detailed. But I figured it out.
