I purchased this rower after researching many different rowers at or below the same price. I noticed many "different" rowers with the same advertising images, language, and content. I was as much concerned about the durability of the company as I was about the durability of the machine. I went with the AirRower because of the positive reviews, the price, and the promised customer support. I'm so glad I did!I have been using the rower now for three weeks, and the machine works as promised - sturdy, smooth, and easy to assemble and move. I assembled it in 30 minutes, hopped on, and started rowing! I did encounter a slight clicking sound on one of the seat rollers. After contacting customer support, which was easy and immediate, I received the replacement roller parts within 48 hours! Seriously! They shipped the parts overnight! I was stunned and delighted.I love this AirRower, and I'm on my way to setting and achieving weekly goals (distance, calories, time, resistance, etc).Thanks, AirRower! A+++ ???I heard about AirRow from a friend. I was looking for a high quality rower at a great price. i ordered my product and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived. The assembly was a breeze and when I had a few questions the customer service responded promptly. The reason that this is such a game changer for me is because I am healing from breast cancer and needed a low impact workout and prefer to do that in the comfort of my home. I love the smooth rowing motion that allows me to get my heart rate up in less then 15 minutes. The rowing also helps to get my lymphatic circulation open and flowing and that to me is key for my optimum healing.The rowing experience that AirRow provides is really satisfying and i find myself going back to it more then once a day. In addition to a great workout I use it to decompress, as a teacher and a mother i need this kind of outlet. If I have a reason to purchase another rower the Row Warrior will be my unit of choice.Works great! I’ve been following rowing videos from YouTube to get correct form too. It’s almost identical to the Concept 2 that the instructor uses… let’s be honest, he probably got it for free from a sponsor. After 4 months I needed to get some chain oil because it was getting squeaky but that’s to be expected.Arrived missing a molded foot cap and just had yellow tape on the support. Also missing the batteries that were on the checklist to be included and have a monitor that takes a unknown battery type.The resistance doesn’t seem to be any different from going on setting 1 all the way to 10.
