Jura E8 Piano Black Automatic Coffee Machine - Premium Espresso & Coffee Maker for Home & Office Use

When you first get it, it has four screens of different coffee options. Unfortunately, my wife liked just plain Coffee which was on the first screen, and I liked Americano which was on the fourth screen. A nuisance but easily livable. Now the surprise! After two weeks or so, when we turned it on in the morning, the first screen only had Coffee and Americano. No that's cool.If you like milk drinks then this is for you. We only use illy coffee beans in it. Please remember this machine takes a lot of water! It cleans and rinses, so get ready to fill it every day. The coffee is 10000 times better than Starbucks. We had a Nespresso for 10+ years. The coffee wasn’t hot enough. This machine has very hot coffee. The coffee grinds come out like hockey pucks. Which makes it nice to add to your garden or house plants. It was worth every penny!!!!!! She’s fancyAfter being in Morocco and having JURA coffee that was wonderful I bought a JURA. It is definitely worth the money. Love it!My wife and I absolutely love this product! We use it literally every single day. Yes, it definitely requires maintenance, but the daily maintenance is quite easy, just get into a rhythm of taking care of the things you value. The cleaning tabs, filters, and in general all accessories are not cheap, but I am willing to use them to maintain the machine to work well because of how great it is. A few minor design flaws in my opinion, and a funky software bug that keeps resetting my view preference every so often. Would highly recommend to anyone.Amazing machine. Found numerous postings and videos on it.Which should not be surprising sine the milk chiller also died after less than a year (also a known wide spread failure) and the replacement they sent also have the same defect. They then inform you they do NOT stand behind their replacement products.I had the Jura IMPRESSA F8 which has been a great coffee machine and is still working. But I wanted to upgrade and am completely astonished how Jura transformed this machine into something spectacular. incredible quiet grinding, superb milk foam, and a variety of coffee options to choose from.The seller did a great job of packing the machine in extra boxes and had a fragile sticker on the top of the box. And the machine has been delivered on time as expected. This machine is worth every single penny and I would upgrade again to see what Jura comes up with in the future.The only issue I had so far is that the water filter has not been recognized by the machine in the beginning and gave me error # 22 where the machine shut down itself. I solved the issue by pushing the filter down a little bit. If this issue continues to arise again. I am going to request a replacement. As for now, it seems that the machine works as it suppose to and I am really enjoying it. I will update this review should the filter issue come back to the surface again.Another update on error # 22. This error code is due to using the wrong filter. Claris filters are for overseas machines and US machines are to only use Clearyl filters. Another important thing is that if the smart filter is damaged somehow, the RFID information then can not be read by the machine, resulting in the filter can not being recognized by the machine. After I replaced the damaged smart filter with a new one, the new filter has been recognized, and the machine now is working in sink with the new filter with no problems.La qualité du café est excellente, par contre il faut prévoir plusieurs frais pour le nettoyage
