Served 475 hotdogs in 4.5 hours by nuking first and then grilling them. Works very well with heating controls very accurate.Hotdog roller works great. We use it for employee gatherings and festivalsWorks as intended and gets food ready to eat in minutes. Easy to clean as well. Recommend for price and value.I guess it should have been obvious from the pictures, but I didn't look closely. This thing is huge, and takes up too much counter space to leave it in place. But no points off for that, that's on me, and it has to be that big to cook that many dogs at once.A star taken away for the instructions. It just seems ridiculous to not find someone with good knowledge of the English language to write a decent instruction card or manual.Another issue I had is the accuracy of what was written. I did the Celsius-to-Fahrenheit conversion, put it on the highest end of the range for the recommended time, and the dogs were not really hot enough. I had to turn it much higher for longer. Probably if I had gotten the model with the cover it would have worked better.But this is a good appliance, it cooks a lot of hot dogs at once, and would be good for when you have kids as guests - you know, the ones who turn up their noses at steak and want a hot dog or chicken finger instead.I used this for a gathering at work and it definitely did the job. My hot dogs cooked evenly and cooked pretty fast. I cant say how long because I was able to walk away and do other things while they cooked but it wasnt a long time.We've got little novelty rollers for Christmas in the past. They are ok but don't really do the job. You can do like four dogs, they are clumsy and not well made, and you might only use them once.If you have people over for dogs, aside from putting them on the grill, this thing is amazing. You don't really know the power of heating 16 dogs at once until you use one of these. Nobody was waiting for their hotdog, when they wanted one, it was there.This did not come with a manual. We had to find one online. Once we got it up and running, it was a pleasure to use. The independent heating rollers on the back are nice, there are some people who wanted theirs well done.The analog temperature controls are great. The only thing to beware of is the space this takes up. But if you have a place to store it, bring it out for the big family cookout and people will love it.
